Up to $500K purchase price
Any level of rehab — light cosmetic to full renovations
At least 2 beds / 1 bath
Typically 1,000 - 2,500 square feet
Built 2010 or earlier
Public utilities preferred
Outside Our Buy Box
No condos, townhomes or mobile/manufactured homes
No wetlands or flood zones
No fire damaged properties
No rural areas (must be within or near urban/suburban areas)
