We focus on single-family homes across North Carolina and regularly partner with agents and investors to acquire off-market opportunities. We’re also selectively reviewing land and small multifamily opportunities as our acquisition strategy continues to expand. Below is our current buy box.

Buy Box Criteria

  • Single-family homes

  • Value-add opportunities (cosmetic to full renovations)

  • Purchase Price: Up to $500,000

  • Beds / Baths: 2 - 4 Beds / 1 - 3 Baths

  • Living Area: 1,000 - 2,500 sq ft

  • Year Built: 1940 - 2010

  • Urban or suburban locations preferred (avoid rural areas)

  • Public utilities preferred (city water & sewer)

Outside Our Buy Box

  • No condos, townhomes, or mobile/manufactured homes

  • No wetlands or flood zone properties

  • No fire-damaged properties

After more than a decade in public accounting and finance, I transitioned into real estate to build a disciplined, execution-focused investment operation across North Carolina. Today, I operate full-time, acquiring residential properties and working directly with agents, investors, and referral partners to close clean, well-structured deals.
